Joulon Services DMCC announced the acquisition of Aggrego, a leading integrated services provider, for an undisclosed amount. Aggrego provides end-to-end management of jacking system maintenance, engine overhauls, general inspections and other maintenance scopes. They currently manage long-term maintenance, globally, for over 40 rigs.
Joulon was founded to create an integrated entity to provide asset management services to the oil and gas industry globally. The investment in the platform has been made primarily by KKR Asia Fund II, which is a $6 billion fund that seeks to invest in a wide range of industries in the global marketplace.
